The assault caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
